WCAG 3.1.5: Reading Level
WCAG 3.1.5 Reading Level is a level AAA success criterion from WCAG 2.0. When text requires a more advanced reading level than lower secondary education, a simpler version is available. This does not apply to proper names and technical terms that have no simpler form.
People with cognitive disabilities need a plain version of dense terms.
How to test
Read policy pages. If a sentence is very long and legalistic, offer a plain summary.

Add a short summary above the full policy. This summary is not legal advice.
