WCAG 2.5.5 Target Size (Enhanced) is a level AAA success criterion from WCAG 2.1. The enhanced target size is at least 44 by 44 CSS pixels, with limited exceptions.
People with motor impairments miss small icons.
How to test
Measure cart, menu and quantity controls. Aim for 44 pixels.
How to fix
Add padding so the hit area is 44 pixels even if the icon is smaller.

The cart icon's hit area is 16 pixels.
