AltGrade scans a site, lists the issues in plain English, and monitors them. Your logo goes on the report. You choose the price you charge the client. Agency is £199 a month for 25 sites.

Subject: Accessibility scan for your site. Body: We can run an accessibility scan, send you a fix list with our name on it, and rescan monthly or weekly. The scan finds issues. It is not a legal opinion. Reply if you want us to run the first one.
Badge
The public badge says Accessibility monitored by AltGrade and links to the statement. It does not say the site has passed a legal test. Agencies can also describe the work in their own words without that badge.
